Creating preliminary design concepts and defining overall design intent and aesthetic, as well as exploring initial space planning. This phase guides the overall design direction
DESIGN REFINEMENT
See your vision come to life! Refining the initial schematic design concepts by continued space planning, material selections, fixture specifications, client presentation, as well as incorporating feedback from other design team members to ensure the design meets the functional, aesthetic, and budget needs.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
We will create detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications that clearly translate our design intent to the contractor. This ensures efficient bidding and accurate execution, facilitating coordination for all trades involved.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We make it easy for you by collaborating with design contractors and tradespeople to answer questions and provide clarification if needed during the construction phase.
